On the subject of sorrowful songs as opposed to happy:

Life's no funhouse, this is certain, but for every song that that is created for those depressing times, an "ode to joy" (not as the song, but litterally) is made. I personally listen to happy songs because they leaven my mood, and make me happy, so I believe that there's a place for them as well.

As far as this song goes: I'm not a huge fan of piano by itself, but it's certainly a mood setter, and any song that can truly change emotion or mood is appreciated in my book. The 9 is for want of length.

A LOT better than "showdown epsilon"

I liked that song. Not much more to say, besides: it was different, but was still grounded in reality, and it transitioned from different parts cleanly enough. Also, it was just the right length.

DIVERSITY: high ratings in this CAN be a bad thing. It was too sketchy and barely had a steady beat throughout.
CLARITY: not much to say.

OVERALL: I thought it was....well, mediocre, it was too differentiating between different styles.

That was pretty sweet

It had a "grand" intro, which lead into the core of the song nicely, and then put in that "bridge" and then took it to town.

Also, something about that beat, it sounded familier, yet really, really... cool
